A trip,
without the paperwork pain.

Tourist visa refusals from India most often come from preventable mistakes: under-documented travel intent, suspicious bank patterns, weak ties-to-home evidence, or simply a poorly written cover letter. We rebuild the file from first principles — so the embassy sees a clear, honest, returnable traveller.

Where we help

Six visa systems, one careful process.

Each destination has its own rules around financial proof, sponsorship letters, accommodation booking, and biometric submission. We learn yours, then we apply it. Below is a snapshot — fees and timelines current to 2026.

Schengen Area

One sticker, twenty‑seven countries.

A short-stay Schengen visa lets you travel freely across France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Greece, and 21 more — up to 90 days within any rolling 180-day window. Apply via the consulate of your main destination.

  • Confirmed return flights, accommodation, and travel insurance are non-negotiable in the file.
  • Travel insurance must cover at least €30,000 in medical and repatriation expenses.
  • Bank statements for the last three months with stable balances — sudden large deposits raise questions.
  • Day-by-day itinerary showing realistic city-to-city movement.
  • Visa appointment slots fill fast. France and Spain in particular need 4–6 weeks of advance booking.
United States · B1/B2

The interview is everything.

The B1 (business) and B2 (tourism) visas are typically issued for 10 years, with each visit capped at six months. The consular interview decides the outcome — your file is only context for the conversation.

  • Strong ties to India — employment letter, property, family — outweigh any single document.
  • DS-160 form must match your story. Inconsistencies between form and interview answers cause refusals.
  • Demonstrate purpose of visit with invitation letters, conference tickets, family event details, or detailed itinerary.
  • Interview slots in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata. Wait times vary monthly — we book the soonest realistic slot.
  • Refusals under 214(b) mean the officer wasn't convinced. We help build a stronger case for re-application after a calculated gap.
United Kingdom · Standard Visitor

Six months, multiple entries.

The UK Standard Visitor Visa covers tourism, family visits, business meetings, and short academic courses. Most decisions arrive within 15 working days at the standard tier; priority service exists for genuine emergencies.

  • Six months of bank statements showing stable income — the UK is particularly sensitive to cash deposits without explanation.
  • Sponsor letters from UK-based family must include their immigration status (BRP, settled status, or citizenship) and a copy of their passport.
  • Cover letter quality matters. A well-structured letter explaining purpose, itinerary, and return intent significantly improves outcomes.
  • Long-term Standard Visitor visas (2, 5, 10 years) exist for frequent travellers with strong prior travel history.
Canada · TRV & Super Visa

For visits, and longer stays.

Canada's Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) covers most tourism and family visits. Parents and grandparents of Canadian PRs or citizens can apply for the Super Visa — a multiple-entry visa valid up to 10 years, with stays of up to five years per entry.

  • TRV processing time ranges from a few days to several weeks depending on volume — we file in the lower-volume corridors where possible.
  • Super Visa requirements: medical insurance from a Canadian provider, minimum income threshold for the sponsoring child (LICO + 1), and an IRCC medical exam.
  • Biometrics are mandatory — collected at VFS Global, valid for 10 years.
  • Strong prior travel history (US, Schengen, UK visas) materially helps the file.
Australia · Subclass 600

One subclass, four streams.

The Visitor Visa (Subclass 600) has four streams: Tourist, Sponsored Family, Business Visitor, and Approved Destination Status. Choosing the right stream is the first decision — we make it based on your specific trip and sponsor situation.

  • Tourist Stream is for personal travel and visiting family — no Australian sponsor required.
  • Sponsored Family Stream allows for longer stays with a financial security bond, when a settled relative sponsors.
  • Business Visitor Stream covers short-duration business activities — meetings, conferences, negotiations.
  • Genuine intent and ties to India remain central to all streams.
New Zealand · Visitor Visa

NZeTA plus the IVL, or the full visa.

Indian passport holders are not on the NZeTA visa-waiver list — a full Visitor Visa is required. The system is straightforward: prove funds, prove return intent, document accommodation and travel insurance.

  • Maximum nine-month stay per visit on a standard Visitor Visa.
  • Multi-entry visas are available for those visiting family, valid up to 5 years with stays of up to 6 months per entry.
  • Acceptable bank statements: NZD 1,000 per month or NZD 400 per month with pre-paid accommodation.
  • Online application via Immigration NZ portal — paper applications still possible for specific cases.
